Captain, we need a map.

Teaching is complex but easier with a map.

Drawing a map is a good way to avoid getting lost and to make sure that we are pursuing together the same goals.

For that, I use strong digital tools like Miro, Mural, or any software or Saas you are used to in your organisation. The aim is to understand each other from the beginning to build a real collaboration process. With a clear map, stakeholders can see the entire project at a glance, and it becomes easier to have an overall view of resources to solve problems.
